On the heels of the tiny commission paintings, I decided to start a series of very small paintings. I took a break last night by building stretchers for two 60 by 84 canvases, and I’m finding that I’m more excited about painting giant paintings. I have one or two more small projects to finish before I’ll dive back into the big things.

Tomorrrow night will be the Chester County Studio Crit meeting here at my studio. I’ll try to have the audio on my studio cam turned on, in case anyone has a chance to tune in and play fly-on-the-wall. It’s going to be a star-studded event. At this point, the attendance list is:
