I decided to try something different here. I thought I was going blind, when the late fall sun seemed to make so much glare in my eyes I was seeing everything through a certain haze of atmosphere. It's almost as though the dust was lit up in the air, and everything was veiled behind layers of glittering haze. I was tempted to scrape everything down, but suddenly I got the notion to build my shapes through a series of spots, and continue shifiting variations of spots around and through the shadows. This isn't quite pointellism, but instead it fragments colors apart into a composite of elements of light and dark.
